Usage notes
Founded in 1981 in Little Rock, Arkansas, as "This Can't Be Yogurt!!"; it changed the expansion after a lawsuit by the competing chain I Can't Believe It's Yogurt. Frozen yogurt boomed in the 1980s as a lighter alternative to ice cream.
