PBR stands for Professional Bull Riders, a sports league and organization abbreviation.
Organization running the top professional bull riding tours, in which riders try to stay on a bucking bull for eight seconds and are scored by judges on both rider and animal. It stages individual events and, since 2022, a city-based team series.

Founded in 1992 by 20 bull riders who split from general rodeo to focus on its most popular event; headquartered in Pueblo, Colorado. A ride is scored out of 100, with up to 50 points for the rider and 50 for the bull, which is judged on how hard it bucks, spins and kicks.
