Delivery performance measure showing the percentage of orders delivered on the agreed date, in the full quantity ordered, and often with correct documentation. An order counts only if it meets every criterion.

Usage notes
Walmart made the metric famous among suppliers by introducing OTIF fines in 2017, charging a percentage of the cost of goods on noncompliant deliveries. Definitions vary by customer, particularly the delivery window, so suppliers must track each retailer's version.
