Example: Write the RMA number on the outside of the box, or the warehouse will refuse it.
Also called return authorization (RA) or return goods authorization (RGA). RMA processes let companies check warranty status, inspect returns and prevent fraud. Reverse logistics, the handling of returns, is a large cost center for e-commerce businesses.
2. Registered Medical Assistant

AMT is a certifying body that also credentials medical technologists and phlebotomists. The RMA is accepted by most employers as equivalent to the CMA. Holders must meet continuing education requirements to stay active.
