DGAF stands for Don't give a f***, a texting and chat abbreviation.

Blunt statement of total indifference, often used as an attitude label ("DGAF energy") in captions and texts. Stronger and ruder than IDC (I don't care).

Usage notes

Usually signals confident defiance rather than hostility, but the profanity makes it unsuitable for work, school or family chats. The first-person form IDGAF is more common, and IDC is the polite alternative.
