Most Rev. stands for Most Reverend, a religious title abbreviation.
Style for archbishops in the Anglican Communion, such as the Archbishop of Canterbury, and for Catholic archbishops and, in the United States and some other countries, all Catholic bishops. It ranks above Right Reverend.
Example: The ordination was presided over by the Most Rev. Timothy Broglio, archbishop for the Military Services.
Usage notes
British usage writes "the Most Revd". The Archbishop of Canterbury is formally "the Most Revd and Right Honourable" because of membership in the Privy Council. Catholic bishops are spoken to as "Your Excellency" in the US.
