Usage notes
Convened in 1984 and supported by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. In Kennedy v. Braidwood Management (2025), the Supreme Court upheld the ACA coverage requirement tied to its recommendations. The task force posts draft recommendations for public comment before finalizing them.
