supp stands for Suppository, a pharmacy abbreviation.
Solid dosage form shaped for insertion into the rectum, vagina or, rarely, urethra, where it melts or dissolves at body temperature to release the drug. Bases include cocoa butter, polyethylene glycol and glycerin.
Example: Bisacodyl 10 mg supp PR daily PRN no BM x 2 days.
Usage notes
Plural "supps". Suppositories made with cocoa butter should be stored cool so they do not melt. Halving suppositories is not reliable because the drug may not be evenly distributed. They are useful when a patient is vomiting, unconscious or cannot swallow.
