Example: EK 201 to JFK leaves Dubai at 2:30 a.m., so we're napping in the lounge first.
Usage notes
ICAO code UAE; callsign "Emirates." Founded in 1985 with two leased aircraft. Its order book helped keep the A380 in production for years. Emirates is not a member of any of the three major alliances, preferring individual partnerships. Its Skywards program is one of the largest frequent-flyer schemes outside the US.
