E/C stands for Eye color, a fandom and fan fiction abbreviation.

Placeholder for the reader's eye color in reader-insert fan fiction, letting each reader imagine their own features instead of a description chosen by the author.

Example: He stared into your E/C eyes and forgot what he was saying.

Usage notes

Part of the placeholder set with Y/N, L/N and H/C. Some readers find these placeholders immersion-breaking, while others enjoy the personal touch. Common in "x Reader" stories on Wattpad.
