Usage notes
Founded in 1958 in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, by Al and Jerry Lapin. In 2018 it briefly pretended to change its name to IHOb, "International House of Burgers", as a marketing stunt for its burgers. Pronounced "EYE-hop".
